Welcome to Cane Corso Utopia!!

Utopia means Perfect World. We added Cane Corso to Utopia to inform others of our Perfect Cane Corsos. Our Cane Corsos are perfect for our family, and hopefully you decide they are perfect for you.

Cane Corsos also known as Italian Mastiffs were bred to be extremely agile, fast, and strong. They are the smallest of all mastiffs, maxing out at 150lbs for the males and 130lbs for the females. Corsos reach their max height at a year and max weight at two years. The Italians wanted a breed that would look fierce, never be aggressive unless commanded to, be able to hunt, protect their lands, livestock and families. The Italians bred the perfect breed of dog.

Cane Corso Utopia is proud to be the owners of a breed of dog that is the best in the world. The Italian Mastiff is for the family with children, the individual, the athletic, the business man or woman, the hunter, the adventurer, the farmer, the military, the police, the ranger, the showmanship, and the big and small. No matter what walk of life you decide to live, the Cane Corso is the breed that will suit your life and help you through life. The Italian Mastiff being as little as a Black Labrador and only reaching 80lbs, it fits those families who want a mastiff, but one that does not take up the whole bed or the Italian Mastiff that is as tall as an English Mastiff, but only maxes out to 150lbs instead of over 200lbs. No matter what breed of dog someone wants, the point anybody wants to achieve is to feel safe no matter what time of the day or night they decide to go out and no matter what neighborhood they decide to live in. They want a companion to be their friend when they have no one else, or they want a dog that will love whomever they decide to have in their life without having to worry. They want a breed of dog that can handle any situation life may throw their way. This breed of dog is the best for city, country, farming, apartment, condo, duplex, famous, family and everyone one in between. We hope you choose to go the distance and add one of our Perfect Cane Corsos to your life. One thing that I would like to mention about Cane Corsos; they have incredible speed and endurance. The Italian Mastiffs were specifically bred to endure strenuous activity, to be able to go out hunting for hours, to watch over the livestock and family in all kinds of weather, and to be able to reach incredible speed and maintain that speed for an extended period of time. Cane Corsos are awesome with horses, and other livestock. They are like a herding dog; except bigger, faster and they do not nip at your heels or try to round you up in to a corner.

We made sure before we set out on this adventure that our Corsos would produce incredible puppies that are absolutely perfect. We have put our Sire and Dam through many temperament tests, training tests, and done what we could to ensure the best Cane Corso puppies to protect, be a perfect companion, and /or hunter.

THE PERFECT FAMILY COMPANION

If you read the sections; About Us, About the Breed and Sires/Dams you will find out how incredible these dogs are. Cane Corso are just as trainable if not easier to train than a Labrador and/or a Golden Retriever. Cane Corsos are extremely gentle and caring of kids. It is like the Corso knows a childs innocence and they want to protect that innocence from any danger. Corsos love to swim, fetch, and play. They will allow a child to jump on them, pull any part of their body, touch their food while they are eating and they do not care. Cane Corsos are like a Lamb to their family. They are the kindest of creatures and extremely faithful without fault.

THE ULTIMATE PROTECTOR

The Cane Corso acts like a security system and Lion, but safer, cheaper and better. I do not know about anyone else, but how can you really put a price on protecting your family and yourself? Unlike a security system, Cane Corsos cannot be hacked, they cannot be bought, and they cannot be disconnected or turned off. Corsos can hear the softest of sounds from far away, and will immediately alert their family of ANYONE that is coming close to their home. Their bark alone would deter any stranger wanting to break in to your home, and their look is fierce. Unlike a security system they cannot be disconnected, so even if the stranger cuts the power to your home, the Cane Corso can see in the dark. Like a Lion hunts its prey, so does the Cane Corso. A Corso will lie down on the floor, grass, ground as low as they can and as soon as the stranger / prey gets close enough they will pounce. I know one thing for sure and that is no matter where my family lives, we will always feel safe, because of our Italian Mastiffs.

THE INCREDIBLE HUNTER

The Italian Mastiff is like the lioness. They prefer to hunt in pairs and/or packs. The Italians used the Cane Corso to hunt for bears, boars and other large animals. The Italians described the Corsos hunting style kind of like lions. The Italian Mastiff never stops using their nose. They can track scents with incredible precision. The Cane Corso has three styles of hunting. They will either lie in wait for their prey to get near, and when the prey gets close enough, the Corso will use its agility and speed and pounce on its prey. A second type of hunting style they have is using one Cane Corso as bait. The female most the time is the bait, because she is smaller than a male, not as strong, and has more speed and better agility than the males. She will entice the prey (boar, bear, etc) to chase her, and she will lead the prey straight in to the awaiting pack. The third style is where the Corso chases the prey in to the pack of Corsos that are lying in wait. These methods are used on larger animals, but for smaller animals; bunnies, birds, etc, there is no need for more than one Cane Corso.

Our Sire and our Dam both have perfect measurements needed to perform in Shows. Before we found our Corsos we did not care to enter them in any competitions, so even though their measurements are perfect their markings disqualify them from competing.
